How do I request an account?
Access to unm.qualtrics.com is automatically granted to anyone with a UNM NETID.

When can I start using the new system?

Can HSC users log into Qualtrics?
Yes, HSC users will be able to log into Qualtrics with their netid@unm.edu. They do not have to have an ACTIVE email account. For details on step by step process, please visit the support page.

 


Does this replace Survey Monkey or Google forms? We use these tools in various projects that require a survey tool?
Qualtrics is available for UNM Faculty, Staff and Students and can be accessed using a UNM NetID.

Is Qualtrics replacing Opinio?
Determining whether Qualtrics can replace Opinio/Esurvey will be evaluated at a later date.


Migrating Department Qualtrics Brands

   My Department has a Qualtrics Instance. Can it be merged into the Enterprise Instance?
Short answer is yes. However, because there are variation in features between department qualtric instances and the enterprise instance, the implementation team is still evaluating the impact to those instances. Communication to the brand administrators of each instance will be sent out with details. Please submit any questions through the FAQs link.

   Can I collaborate with my peers in another institution?

   I am new to qualtrics, can I get help with developing surveys?

   Is there a limit to how many questions I can add to a survey.

Creating Group Libraries

   Can I create Group Libraries?
 Yes.  Please contact the UNM Brand Administrator by submtting a ticket to qualtrics@unm.edu 



Why can't I access the Qualtric's Training Materials or XM Basecamp?

Users may experience trouble accessing XM Basecamp to view training materials for two reasons:

  • If you are an HSC user, you will need to use your UNM NETID and Password, the same credentials used for my.unm.edu, to log-in. The Qualtrics Vendor users NETID's to create accounts.
  • If you have a new account, it can sometimes take several days for the vendor to open up XM Basecamp for your use. If after several days the issue persists please contact the vendor's support team.
